Wine and Cheese

Café Cognac got it's start as the Dajenais Billiard Room in the forties. In the nineties Pierre and Yves Dajenais gradually transformed the premises into a restaurant and what was initially a snack bar eventually became Café Cognac in 1989.

For 16 years (1994-2010) the café is under the management of Jean Legault and his team.

In June 2010 Erik Desjardins and Gilles Massé became the operator managers and have since perpetuated the 21 year tradition of Café Cognac.
